Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Scope and Subscription Model

Subscription-Only Service: The App is available exclusively via a paid subscription with no free version.
Plans:
- Monthly Subscription: Currently set at $12.99 (subject to change).
- Annual Subscription: Currently set at $99.99 (subject to change).
In-App Purchase: All subscriptions are processed via in-app purchase systems on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Payment Processing: Payments are handled solely by the respective platform (Apple or Google). We do not store any payment details.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time via your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android if applicable).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will stop auto-renewal; however, you will retain access until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods except as required by law.
Price Changes: Any modifications to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance through the platform's notification system.

Refunds: All in-app purchases are final. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policies of Apple or Google.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding payments or subscriptions shall be resolved under French law in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.

Service Updates: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription services (including features) without notice. Critical updates or changes will be communicated to subscribers.
Amendments: These Terms may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified through the App and via email if significant changes occur.
